Equal opportunities are an integral part of the identity of the Fribourg School of Health (Heds FR) and HES-SO Fribourg. This commitment is reflected in:
an inclusion policy for students with specific needs through the « HES-SO sans obstacle » programme;
a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination, particularly against minorities, through preventive measures and a commitment to taking concrete action to address and combat discrimination.
Students with specific needs can request reasonable adjustments to compensate for disadvantages. The request should be submitted together with the application for admission to the programme. It can be discussed with the Academic Advisors or the Égalité des chances Advisor.

Heds FR offers bilingual programmes in Nursing and Osteopathy.
In addition, it participates in several interdisciplinary initiatives in the field of equal opportunities, in partnership with institutions in the canton of Fribourg, including:
